What's the benefit of group coaching?
I decided to introduce group coaching for 3 main reasons.
1. You are not alone–your challenges are shared. Job search clients tend to feel isolated, which couldn’t be further from the truth. By meeting together, you learn from, support, and inspire each other.
2. What’s personal is universal. Whether you’re struggling with your resume or your interview answers, I guarantee you someone else has the exact same questions – or will shortly. Someone else’s story can actually be your breakthrough.
Will you find the job for me?
No, I am not a recruiter, a headhunter, or a placement agency. I show you how to show up as your most authentic, best self and give you the strategies, tips, and tools to find the job that best aligns with you. I strongly believe that there is a job out there for everyone – you just have to do the work to find it!
Do you take private clients?
Yes, I do have a few limited spots for individual coaching. Some people have unique job search requirements or particular time constraints that make private sessions the best option. Book a complimentary Career Strategy Assessment and we can discuss what works for you.
What's your success rate?
The simple answer is that all my clients find jobs – it’s 100%. If you do the work, you’ll get hired. But that does come with caveats – not everyone finds the job they want in the time they initially thought was reasonable. While I don’t have a crystal ball, I can give you a sense for average re-hire time at your level, in your field.
Is there a monthly commitment?
This program is intended to work in line with how your job search works. You have it when you need it and you cancel when you’re done. There are no contracts or minimum commitments.
